Job Purpose:

Assess care needs, provide health supervision, and deliver nursing care. Conduct assessments of clients' social and health needs, maintain care plans, administer prescribed medicines, and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and company policies. Supervise and mentor staff, attend training, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
