As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act on their behalf. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident conditions, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure residents receive the required care.
