As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing instructions to act on their behalf. Your focus will be on ensuring high standards of care for residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will advise families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, supervise the care team, and provide high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
