Hourly rate: £22.30 per hour

Required Qualifications: This role is clinical and as such we require an RGN with an active NMC PIN, plus a health and social care qualification Level 3/4/5 or a commitment to undertake further training relevant to the role.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
• Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
• Providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
• Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
• Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
• You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.

Situated a short drive from Carlisle city, Riverwell Beck provides nursing care for people living with complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams.
