A leading luxury elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts. The role involves providing high-quality care, supervising staff, and ensuring the well-being of residents. Candidates must have a First Level qualification, current NMC registration, and a minimum of 2 years' experience. The position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives.
This is a role for a Registered Nurse to work nights at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, overseeing the care team, and acting as the person in charge during the night shift.
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, deploying and supervising the care team, and ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift.

The ideal candidate will have a First Level qualification, current NMC registration, a minimum of 2 years' experience, and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.

Your focus as a Registered Nurse will be to act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon his/her behalf whilst you ensure high standards of care to our residents.
