Qualifications

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Ipswich, MA area for the following position: Registered Nurse - Mother Baby. Nurses with experience in areas such as C-sections, Delivery, Fetal NST, Midwifery, Nursery care, or On-call availability are encouraged to apply.

Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts. Job types available are full-time, part-time, and per diem. Features of the employer include community hospital setting, cross training, EAP, FSA, Level 1 trauma center, Magnet recognition, PTO, Tuition Assistance, and Union facility.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • Preferred 1+ year experience in mother-baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery settings
  • BLS and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic, patient- and family-centered care
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns postpartum, monitoring for complications
  • Administer medications and perform routine assessments of maternal and neonatal vital signs
  • Offer emotional support and education to new mothers on infant care, breastfeeding, and self-care post-delivery
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers for coordinated care
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in line with hospital policies
