Job description

Join to apply for the Registered Nurse - Mental Health role at NHS Scotland.

The Role

1. Registered Nurse responsible for applying the Nursing Process to deliver high standards of care for patients with mental disorders, substance misuse, learning disabilities, or co-morbidities. Supervised by the team leader or charge nurse.
2. Delegated responsibility for supervising students and support workers within a clinical service.

Additional responsibilities for those with 2 years post-registration include acting as Named Nurse, coordinating care, supervising a team, and undertaking duties of the charge nurse in their absence.

Location: NHS Lanarkshire, Airdrie Community Health Centre.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends. Full-time, 37 hours.

Requirements: Valid NMC registration, teamwork, communication skills, IT knowledge, UK/EU/EEA driving license.
