Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team in Massachusetts. The role requires a current MA RN license, BLS certification, and telemetry competency.

Strong time management and effective communication are essential to providing high-quality patient care. Recommended assets include continuing education activities, potential BSN, and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• Evidence of Continuing Education.
• Med Surg experience preferred
• Current Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days of beginning position.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Utilizes appropriate time management skills.
• Communicates effectively.

RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS:

• Documented Professional Developmental activities
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• BSN Preferred
• AHA ACLS Preferred

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
