Job summary

Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse at Three Bridges Nursing Home in Warrington. You will join a compassionate team delivering person-centred nursing care to residents and supporting their needs with dignity and respect. Night shifts available, 22–44 hours per week.

Qualifications

Hold a current NMC registration (essential).
Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to lead, support, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain person-centred care plans.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Support residents with personal care and daily routines.
Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Lead and mentor care staff to uphold best practices.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
