Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, dedicated Registered Nurse for Purley Gardens Care Home in Purley, Surrey. You will act as person in charge when needed, delivering high standards of care and coordinating with the care team.

Hold a First Level qualification with current NMC Registration and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. DBS check will be funded by Avery and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
• Demonstrate a minimum 2 years’ experience in care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
• Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking nursing tasks including administration of medications and dressings.
• Assist with catheterisation, tube feeding, and chronic condition management.
• Advise families of residents and GPs about changes in condition and care options.
• Supervise and deploy care team staff during shifts.
• Provide high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
