Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Employee Health and Wellbeing team as a Clinical Adviser. You will provide immunisation and vaccination services to staff and clients, and support the Health and Wellbeing agenda.

The role involves reviewing working practices, maintaining clinical standards, and offering guidance to managers on infection prevention and outbreak situations within the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisation and vaccination services to staff and clients as part of the Immunisation and Vaccination Programme.
• Support the Health and Wellbeing agenda with clinical services and advice.
• Maintain EHW records in line with Data Protection Act and local protocols.
• Assess immunisation requirements for different client groups and give clinical advice to management.
• Assist with inoculation injuries management and outbreak responses per DH guidelines and Trust policy.
