A healthcare provider in Long Eaton is seeking a committed individual for developing skills in Aural care and assisting in multiple clinics. The role includes mentoring students and contributing to a positive patient experience. Training is provided for various clinical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to undertake training to become confident in providing Aural Care in Nurse Led clinics. The role will involve the cleaning of Nasendoscopes used in clinic, the chaperoning of clinicians in a variety of Head and Neck clinics including assisting in Ultrasound clinics. The role will also require the mentoring of students and to work according to the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and relevant professional guidelines and to be accountable for their own professional actions. The successful candidate will also be required to develop and maintain clinical competencies, skill and knowledge which relate to the area of clinical practice. We offer the opportunity to participate in all the clinic specialities and encourage staff to learn new skills. The clinics themselves offer many different interventions and procedures within the department.
