Your responsibilities include supervising care assistants, administering medications, completing clinical assessments and updating care plans, while upholding policies and procedures and ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid UK NMC PIN
• Has a genuine desire to care for others
• Excellent communication skills
• Caring, friendly and approachable
• Works well within a team and can remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities
