The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 staff nurse to join the General Outpatients team at Stobhill ACH, North Glasgow. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care, assessing needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care programs. You will consider patients' lifestyles, gender, and cultural backgrounds, involving patients, families, and carers in the care process. The role involves rotating through multiple specialties and participating in nurse-led clinics.

You will contribute to creating a supportive learning environment, conduct appraisals for preregistration nurses, and support research and clinical audits. Essential skills include effective communication, sound judgment in patient assessment, and the ability to adapt care plans accordingly.
