Personal Functional Assessment Services Limited in Brighton is hiring a registered nurse for a permanent, full‑time, hybrid role. You will move away from hands‑on shifts but use your clinical expertise in assessments, with evenings and weekends free. Responsibilities

• Conduct structured telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments.
• Assess how a claimant’s condition affects daily living.
• Review and interpret clinical evidence.
• Produce detailed, high‑quality written reports.
• Apply professional judgement in line with regulatory standards.
• Work toward quality and productivity targets.
• Deliver assessments in a respectful, fair and reassuring manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Have strong clinical reasoning skills
• Are confident writing detailed, evidence‑based reports
• Can interpret complex medical information
• Are comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Want predictable working hours
• Are open to structured training and accreditation
