Registered Nurse Float I - Nursing Float Pool (PRN)

Join our Med Surg team as a PRN nurse with a flexible Tier Plan schedule, allowing you to choose your rate:

• Tier 1: $40/hr for 6 shifts in 6 weeks
• Tier 2: $45/hr for 12 shifts in 6 weeks
• Tier 3: $50/hr for 18 shifts in 6 weeks

Shift differentials apply for nights and weekends.

Summary: A Registered Nurse delivers patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They prescribe, delegate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching and ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards. The RN provides both direct and indirect patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent
• Preferred 1 year of acute hospital experience
• Current RN license or permit to practice in Louisiana
• American Heart Association BLS certification within two weeks of employment

Work Type: Per Diem As Needed.
