We support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood until age 6 in families without medical concerns, and up to age 18 in families with children requiring skilled nursing care. We offer individualized assessments, education, and support for self-care and parenting; childbirth preparation and lactation support; developmental and play support; and skilled nursing services for high-risk pregnancies and children with medical diagnoses.

Minimum Requirements
  • One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience, assessing patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
  • Child health nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience in human services, including collaboration with community providers and care coordination.
  • Central line experience preferred; willingness to learn supported.

On-call: Rotating weekends (approximately every 4 weeks) and holidays.

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time external applicants, prorated for part-time roles. Mileage reimbursed at Federal Gas Rates. Join a dedicated, caring team.
