Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is looking for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home in Arundel, West Sussex. The role requires managing medicines, delivering person-centred care, and supervising a supportive team to ensure high standards of nursing care.

You must hold an active NMC PIN and have a passion for high-quality elderly care. Salary is £23.18 per hour plus benefits, with days and nights available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Minimum 6–12 months nursing experience.
• Evidence of continual professional development (CPD).
• Up-to-date clinical practices and safe medicines management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance quality of life.
• Oversee medicine management on shift, ensuring medicines are received, stored and administered per policies and legislation.
• Ensure resident experience from admission to discharge remains positive.
• Maintain rigorous monitoring and documentation of residents and staff.
• Promote a cohesive team and supportive environment for high-quality care.
