Job summary
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dedicated care home in Arundel, West Sussex. You will provide person-centred care, oversee medicines management, and ensure a positive resident experience from admission to discharge.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 to 12 months nursing experience
- Be passionate about delivering person centred care
- Up to date clinical practices
- Evidence of continual professional development
- Provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team
- Smooth and efficient running of the service
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift - ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
- Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge
- Follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting all matters relating to residents and employees
- Promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff
- Support the Home Manager by promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts run smoothly
