Job Purpose:

Assess clients' care needs, provide health supervision and nursing care, and maintain care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.

Administer prescribed medicines following procedures and guidelines.

Practice integrity, respect client confidentiality, and supervise junior staff members.

Attend mandatory training and establish good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
