Monarch Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, DN21. The home provides care and nursing support to older people and those living with dementia. We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse to work with our supportive team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Position Details
  • Hours: Two positions available: one full-time temporary day shift (maternity cover), and bank shifts. Rotas include alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
  • Pay: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and review person-centred care plans in line with NMC guidelines and company policy, involving clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medications and document accordingly.
  • Monitor residents' well-being, report health issues, and coordinate GP/professional visits.
  • Supervise care staff when acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective handovers.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals.
Requirements

Registered with the NMC with a current pin. All roles require satisfactory DBS checks and references.
