Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a Nursing Home delivering dementia and complex care. In this role you will lead shifts, administer medications, develop care plans and work with GPs and MDTs to ensure safe, person-centred care across residents.
You will mentor junior staff, maintain safeguarding standards, and contribute to clinical governance while supporting residents with mobility and long-term conditions.

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with Nursing Home experience, excellent clinical decision‑making, and the confidence to lead teams while delivering outstanding care to residents with dementia, complex needs and long‑term conditions.
Flexible hours are available, and our nursing shifts usually follow a rolling pattern across 7 days, including alternate weekends.
As a Registered Nurse with MMCG, you’ll play a vital role in shaping personalised care plans, supporting residents’ wellbeing and ensuring safe, effective clinical practice.
