Renaissance Care Limited in Inverness is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Kingsmills team on a 44-hour per week daytime contract. You will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care and lead a multi-disciplinary team to support residents.

You will plan, implement and evaluate care, administer medications with safety and compassion, mentor junior staff, and uphold NMC standards to ensure dignity and well-being for every resident.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and knowledge of professional care standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications with safety and accuracy following procedures.
• Mentor and support junior staff and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
