OneCall24 Healthcare in Helston, Cornwall is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with TPN experience to support a young adult client with global developmental delay, autism, and a learning disability in the client’s home environment. You will deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include monitoring wellbeing, managing a Hickman line for TPN/medications, caring for a gastrostomy tube, and assisting with medication administration and daily

Qualifications

• RN with experience in TPN and complex care.
• Driver required to support client’s needs.
• Experience with caring for non-verbal individuals with autism and learning disability.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in the home setting.
• Monitor client wellbeing, comfort and safety at all times.
• Manage Hickman line for TPN/medications and gastrostomy tube care.

Pay Rates: £30.00 – £50.00

Shift Pattern: Days and Nights

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse with TPN experience to support a young adult male client with global developmental delay, absent verbal communication, autism, and a learning disability in his home environment. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to positively impact his daily life while working closely with his family and delivering patient, person-centred care that promotes his independence and wellbeing.

The position involves delivering high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their wellbeing, comfort, and safety always. This includes monitoring their condition, assisting with daily needs, and promoting dignity and independence in every aspect of care, as well as managing a Hickman line for the administration of TPN and medications, caring for a gastrostomy tube on free drainage, and supporting with medication administration via a gastrojejunostomy tube.
