Qualifications

• Valid Nursing Pin (NMC) is essential and post-qualification clinical experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents' abilities.
• Experience in elder care or long-term care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medications.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date and accurate.
• Visit each client daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Lead daily handover with care staff and nurses.
