Registered Children's Nurse | CYP | Private Hospital | Bank shifts | Spire Gatwick Park, West Sussex

Spire Gatwick Park is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Children's Nurse to join our established nursing team in the Children and Young People's department. This role involves working on a bank basis, providing flexible adhoc shifts.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support in assessing patients’ health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in delivering care to meet individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
• Develop personal knowledge and skills, and support the development of others.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
• Assist in maintaining and developing hospital services.

Who we're looking for

• A Registered Nurse with no restrictions on NMC PIN.
• Experience working on a children’s ward.
• Ability to work in teams with minimal supervision.
• Child Protection Level 3 training.
• Paediatric Resus Training.
• EPALS or equivalent.

Hours: Adhoc shifts, across various days and times as required.
