Job summary

HC-One Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will build on your nursing skills, work in a nurse‑led environment, and help Residents with compassionate, person‑centred care.

You will have a valid NMC PIN, at least 12 months experience in health or social care, and a passion for mentoring colleagues while providing high standards of clinical care and support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care
• Valid NMC Pin number
• Mentor and supervise colleagues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care to Residents in a nurse‑led environment
• Support Residents and families with care decisions
• Mentor colleagues and supervise students
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns as required
