Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for Uplands House Care Home in Fareham. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with days and nights and weekend cover. Pay is £21.84 per hour, with visa restrictions noted as applicable.

The post holder will act as Named Nurse, manage care plans, risk assessments and medicines, and work within a MDT to ensure resident safety and wellbeing. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as Named Nurse, plan, implement and review care and risk assessments.
• Document interventions clearly and completely.

• Administer medicines per policy and legal standards.
• Support safeguarding and incident reporting; maintain professional standards.
