A leading health board in Wales is seeking a motivated nurse to join their multidisciplinary team at Bronllys Hospital. The role involves assessing and implementing nursing care, working collaboratively, and developing clinical leadership skills. Candidates should be NMC registered and have experience in holistic nursing care. Knowledge of Welsh is desirable but not mandatory. The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

We are looking for an individual who can work well as part of a multidisciplinary team, who is caring and kind and wants to develop their clinical leadership skills. You will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner with the support of the ward manager, senior nursing and therapies staff.
