You will role model best practice and support our residents through therapeutic interventions.

What do you need to succeed:

You'll be a registered nurse with experience in a healthcare setting, which will be a strong advantage. More importantly, you should have a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and their families.

A willingness to develop your leadership skills and a determination to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining high compliance standards, is highly desirable.
