Prime Life is seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Registered Nurse. It is essential that you hold a current NMC pin.

This role is based at Tanworth Court, in the heart of Solihull. The home is designed to cater to the needs of 60 residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and dementia. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete nursing notes
• Assist with medication management, including ordering, custody, storage, and administration
• Maintain and evaluate Care Plans and records
• Update and perform tasks on the clinical calendar
• Assess residents' needs daily and seek to improve care
• Comply with NMC code of conduct
• Respect residents' dignity and independence
• Lead daily handovers for nursing clients
• Participate in daily meetings and share information
• Perform any other duties as requested by your manager

• Valid Nursing Pin (NMC)
• Post-qualification clinical experience
