Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you'll manage the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, medication administration, review of care plans, and providing clinical guidance.
• Previous experience in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policy compliance.
• Confidence in offering clinical guidance and supporting all CQC-related tasks.
• Ability to build connections with residents and families, providing kindness, support, and care.
• Effective communication skills for clinical handovers and reporting.
• Night shift work requires enhanced skills, critical thinking, confidence, self-reliance, and the ability to manage care staff calmly in emergencies.
