Silver Lodge Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare under Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on a flexible zero hours contract at £23.80 per hour. DBS, pension, and uniform are provided, with funded development and clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles.

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and monitor changes in health.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial, welcoming nurses from varied backgrounds.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long term conditions.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

What We Are Looking For
