Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (BANK) to join Brockwell Court Care Home in the Consett area. You will provide person-centred nursing care, administer medications, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as a practicing nurse.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
• Develop and review person-centred care plans
• Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
• Support and mentor care team colleagues
• Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date

You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
