Job Purpose:

• Assess care needs and provide health supervision and nursing care
• Assess and review clients' social and health care needs
• Maintain care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and professionals
• Administer prescribed medicines following procedures and guidelines
• Practice integrity and confidentiality in all dealings
• Supervise and guide junior staff
• Attend mandatory training
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and teams
