Job summary

Barchester care home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver high-quality care across physical, emotional and social needs of residents. You will assess, plan and monitor care, administer medicines safely and work with the team to maintain dignity and safety.

You will use up-to-date clinical practices, ensure regulatory compliance (DoLs/MCA) and exercise professional judgement to support residents and families with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and practice as a RN.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA) and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities
