A leading healthcare provider in King's Lynn is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Main Theatre and Day Surgery teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and adherence to professional standards. We are seeking Registered Nursing Associates to work within our Main Theatre and Day Surgery Operating Theatre Teams. The post holder is responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care as a member of the operating department team, based on the assessment of each individual patient's needs. Nursing Associates will adhere to Nursing and Midwifery code of Conduct for Nurse, Midwives and Nursing Associates and work within their scope of practice following the professional standards of practice and behaviours for nurses, midwives, and nursing associates and the standards of proficiency for nursing associates. This also includes the Perioperative Care Collaborative position statement on The Role of the Nursing Associate in the Surgical Care Team. Integral to this role is the ability to communicate effectively with sensitivity and compassion and to manage relationships with people making reasonable adjustments where necessary.
