Job summary

Orchid Healthcare Ltd in Weymouth is seeking a permanent Staff Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care to elderly residents in a luxury residential setting. The role requires RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN, full-time hours, and night shifts.

A £2,000 welcome bonus is offered to new recruits. You will plan, deliver and evaluate individual care, support the caregiving team, and liaise with other health professionals to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse – RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for elderly and dementia care.
• Previous experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, deliver and evaluate individual care.
• Organise and motivate carers to maintain high care standards.
• May assist in inductions and orientations of new staff.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use).
• Provide highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times.

Our client, a luxury nursing home in Weymouth, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents.

Job Description:

• Registered Adult Nurse –RGN or Mental Health Nurse RMN
• £22 per hour
