Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our luxury care home in Weybridge. You will be responsible for the running of a defined area, coordinate daily care, and ensure high standards in resident well-being.

You will oversee personal care plans, manage monthly routine medications, mentor the care team, and act as a role model for staff while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring CQ regulations compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration
• Awareness of CQC regulations
• Working knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Working knowledge of COSHH regulations
• Post-registration qualifications are advantageous

• Run a defined area of the home and coordinate day-to-day care
• Lead and mentor the care team and supervise medication delivery

• Develop resident care plans and review them bi-monthly with residents

Job Introduction

Bring your unique skills to our caring, supportive team, when you join a commissioning Nursing service within our luxury care home in Weybridge as a Registered Nurse.

Your Role at Signature

As a Registered Nurse you’ll be responsible for the running of a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. You’ll be coordinating the day to day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication and supervising the care team when delivering this, responding to any and all emergency situations.

You’ll be a named nurse for individual residents, and have a dedicated focus on their needs assessments and personal care plans, reviewing these in line with Signature policy bi-monthly, developing a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in any decisions about their care, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

You’ll also act as a role model for all staff, and a mentor to the care services team, sharing your specialist knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.
