Job summary

Signature at Weybridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our luxury care home team in Weybridge. You will run a defined area, deliver personal care and coordinate the care team to ensure high standards of resident well-being.

You will lead monthly medication management, mentor staff, and ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date care plans. NMC registration and awareness of CQC regulations are valued, with post-registration qualifications a bonus.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration is required.
• Awareness of CQC regulations is preferred.
• Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations is beneficial.
• Post-registration qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Salary: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour
Closing date: 10/09/26
Hours: 36.75 hours per week

Your role at Signature

Bring your unique skills to our caring, supportive team, when you join a commissioning Nursing service within our luxury care home in Weybridge as a Registered Nurse.

What you will do

As a Registered Nurse you’ll be responsible for the running of a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. You’ll be coordinating the day to day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication and supervising the care team when delivering this, responding to any and all emergency situations.

You’ll be a named nurse for individual residents, and have a dedicated focus on their needs assessments and personal care plans, reviewing these in line with Signature policy bi-monthly, developing a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in any decisions about their care, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

You’ll also act as a role model for all staff, and a mentor to the care services team, sharing your specialist knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Shift times: 07.45-20.00 / 19.45-08.00 **.** Alternate weekends required.
