Parkfield House Nursing Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high quality, clinically led care within a supportive team on a 36‑hour week contract. You will assess needs, review care plans, administer medications and lead shifts across dedicated care teams.

Parkfield House Nursing Home is an elegant, listed home in the quiet residential area of Hillingdon, West London. With 39 uniquely charming bedrooms spread over three floors, the home combines comfort and character in a thoughtfully refurbished setting that offers high‑quality nursing care.
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well‑led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person‑centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well‑organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
