Job responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a care home setting, guiding residents through life-changing decisions with compassion and professionalism.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care and support residents and their families.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where required.
  • Maintain professional standards in line with NMC requirements; demonstrate safeguarding awareness and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
