Job summary

Oakland Care in Tonbridge invites a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will mentor colleagues, support residents’ wellbeing, and deliver care through ongoing assessments and personalized care plans.

You will work nights in a permanent part-time role, with competitive hourly pay and a commitment to professional development and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and current PIN.
• Experience in clinical care and support in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support junior staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Deliver nursing care through ongoing assessments and care plans.
• Provide therapeutic support to residents to enhance wellbeing.
• Identify changing resident needs and coordinate with the care team.
