A leading luxury elderly care provider in Tile Cross is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure high standards of care for residents, oversee a care team, and advise families about care decisions. Candidates must have a First Level qualification, current NMC Registration, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Role: Registered Nurse acting as person in charge when required and standing in for the Manager, ensuring high standards of care for residents and observing instructions to act on behalf of the Manager.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications. Additionally, you should possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
