As a nurse at HC-One, you will work in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will support Residents and their families through sensitive and life-changing decisions. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and will understand your professional responsibilities through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

About You As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your skills in a nurse-led environment, developing decision-making and collaboration. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, hold a valid PIN, and follow NMC standards. You will mentor colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and uphold effective communication and professional behaviours. You will advocate a person-centred approach to care and recognise safeguarding as everyone’s responsibility. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training as required.
