We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated registered nurses to work on Redwood Suite, a 12-bed Rehab Unit in Rhymney. You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment during what is an exciting period as we continue to shape and develop the model of care by empowering nurses to facilitate ongoing rehab and early decision-making in the safe discharge of our patients. The Health Board provides an integrated acute, primary and community care, serving a population of 650,000 and employing over 16,000 staff. You will work closely with all members of the MDT to deliver patient-centred care. We are passionate about empowering and helping all patients to gain/regain their skills and confidence, with a focus on achieving safe, successful and effective discharges. We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so you will need a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekends on a 12-hour shift system.
