Job description

Flashcare Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clients team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Rates: Pay Rate - £25.00-£36.00per hour PAYE / £32.00 - £42.00per hour Umbrella.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Patience and flexibility in dealing with challenging situations
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Part of joining the team you will be assigned a consultant who will:

- Complete your onboarding process

- Manage your shift bookings

- Process your weekly timesheet

- Deal with any payroll queries

- Attain a welcome pack

- Block booking opportunities

In return, you will receive a pay rate of £25.00-£36.00per hour PAYE / £32.00 - £42.00per hourUmbrella. This is a contract role but currently this role is expected to work 37hours per week.
