We are a complex care provider for all ages, we are not an agency. We are TDDI nurse-led and CQC regulated, and only take over complex care packages that require clinical oversight.

Salary: negotiable depending on experience.

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Spinal Injury Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. You will be based at our Tameside branch and will be expected to provide clinical oversight of our packages.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Monitor client progress and update records accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with care team and communicate updates on care plan and program
• Work with MDT on a regular basis to update the care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to car staff.
• Assist in training and mentoring

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration.
• Experience of working with acquired injuries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions.
