A leading health board in Rhymney is seeking motivated registered nurses for a rehab unit. The role involves providing patient-centred care, working with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in a flexible shift system. Ideal candidates will have good inter-personal skills and a Registered Nurse Part 1 qualification. The position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development.
We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated registered nurses to work on Redwood Suite which is an 12 bedded Rehab Unit in Rhymney.
You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment during what is a very exciting period as we continue to shape and develop the model of care by empowering nurses to facilitate ongoing rehab and early decision-making in the safe discharge of our patients.
You will work closely with all members of the MDT to deliver patient centred care. We are passionate in empowering and helping all patients to gain/regain their skills and confidence and our focus is always to achieve safe, successful and effective discharges.
We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, on a 12-hour shift system.
