Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Plymouth is seeking a Registered Nurse for 33 hours per week, night shifts, to provide high-quality care in a not-for-profit environment. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and continuous professional development.

You will join an award-winning team recognized for clinical excellence and supported by extensive training and staff wellbeing initiatives. The Nursing Team delivers holistic care, emergency response, and collaborative care with internal and external colleagues,

Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in nursing homes or elder care preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care aligned with NMC guidelines.
  • Assess and monitor residents' health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support and develop junior staff and learners.
